On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our greatest pleasure to invite you to The Liver Week 2021 Virtual Conference.
Due to the continuing global impact of COVID-19 and these unprecedented times, The Liver Week 2021 will be held virtually from May 13 to May 15, 2021.
The Liver Week is a multidisciplinary international conference hosted by the Korean Association for the Study of the Liver (KASL). This year, the Organizing Committee, in partnership with three co-hosting societies - the Korean Liver Cancer Association (KLCA), the Korean Association of Hepatobiliary Pancreatic Surgery (KAHBPS), and the Korean Liver Transplantation Society (KLTS) - will highlight state-of-the-art advances in clinical practice, basic and translational research, and health policy.
Under the theme of “A Dauntless Challenge for the Innovation of Hepatology in the New Normal Era,” diverse symposiums and session of basic and clinical hepatology, including online live discussion with experts, will be organized to facilitate the exchange of updated knowledge. Eminent clinicians and distinguished researchers from all over the world will bring you practice-changing science and educational updates for the diagnosis and management of various liver diseases. Valuable studies in the field of liver disease will also be presented in the oral and poster exhibition sessions.
The Organizing Committee believes that The Liver Week 2021 will be a crucial place for the communication and education of all attendees, who dedicate themselves to improving the outcomes of liver disease. We are sure that this premier event will be an excellent experience for all participants, and we look forward to meeting you online this May.
