Currency and Foreign Exchange

The unit of Korean currency is the Korean Won (₩). Coin denominations are ₩10, ₩50, ₩100 and ₩500. Banknotes are ₩1,000, ₩5,000, ₩10,000 and ₩50,000.

Electricity

This invitation is meant only to assist participants to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. Applications for invitation letters must be received at least 30 days prior to the meeting.
